Grand Theft Auto IV

If you are a true Grand Theft Auto fan then you will definitely be getting this game. Grand Theft Auto IV is finally here and is developed by none other than Rockstar North.
If you think “I will go to America so I can get it before anyone else” don’t! Because although most new games come out in America first, this one doesn’t! Very few games are like this one, they have a international release date so where ever you go in the world you will get it the same time as everyone else. That release date is of course the 29th April 2008. It is less than a month away!
This game is going to be great. Although the setback being that it is only on the Xbox 360 and PS3. However you never know some day you might find the next GTA to be on the Wii as well. All characters are new in this game so it doesn’t really follow on from GTA San Andreas or anything. Writer of the game Dan Houser explained that “virtually none of the characters from the previous game are returning, as a lot of them are dead anyway”.
The game takes place in Liberty City. Unlike San Andreas where there was loads of wasteland (irrelevant space) this game has none of that, which is a great step forward if you get fed with travelling on …. nothing for most of the time in San Andreas.
The game will be available to play online, but will not be a MMO (massively multiplayer online game), these games can hold thousands, millions of people playing online. Instead the game will include around 16 players.
This game looks brilliant and why wouldn’t it. Most of the GTA games have been great. So if your interested and you haven’t pre-ordered it yet then …. your probably too late!
